Preparation method of Dates Pickle
Step 1: Take 1 piece of ginger and 1 whole bulb of garlic then grind together.
Step 2: Mix chili powder, jeera powder and mustard together in a pan.
Step 3: Stay a pan on the stove, and then pour the oil in it. Once the oil is hot enough, add the ginger garlic paste and mixture of chili powder, jeera powder and mustard after that stir well.
Step 4: Along with above mixture add the rest of the chopped ginger and garlic.
Step 5: Add the vinegar and enough water (It was boiled and then cooled) with the mixture to boil for few minutes.
Step 6: Along with the final mixture add the dates, and switch off the fire immediately.
Step 7: Add ½ cup of sugar with this and then relocate the mixture to a clean and dry jar after the mixture is cooled completely otherwise the pickle will spoil.
