Pavada: G Marthandan's next with Prithviraj and Shobana

G Marthandan who made his directorial debut with 'Daivathinte Swantham Cleetus' is gearing up for his next venture. Titled 'Pavada', the movie 'Pavada' will feature Biju Menon, Anoop Menon, Nedumudi Veni and Maniyan Pillai will give life to other prominent characters in the movie. Scripted by Bipin Chandran and Shibin Francis, this movie will be a complete entertainer. 'Pavada' is being produced by Maniyan Pillai Raju who had produced many hit movies. After the preproduction works, the movie will go on floors from July 2014 with Thodupuzha as the main location.

This would be the 10the movie of Maniyanpillai Raju as producer who has already cashed for 'Vellanakalude Nadu', 'Chotta Mumbai', 'Oru Naal Varum' Aey Auto' 'Kannezhuthiu pottum Thottu' and 'Ananthabhadram'.which were box office success. Shobana who made a comeback playing a prominent role in Vineeth Sreenivasan's thriller Thira is excited to be a part this upcoming flick. Her next release would be Kochadaiiyaan in which she plays the character Yaahavi.

Prithviraj who is riding on the success of his just release '7th Day', a thriller which has made more than 4 Crores in its 4 days run. The story of the movie revolves around the life of Joy and his family. Joy is a person who could do many different types of work but not much competent at any of them. His meeting with Babu Joseph changes his life entirely.

Babu, who took voluntary retirement from teaching in a college advices him do some act. Rest of the story takes the movie to a different phase which would keep the movie lovers intact. Bipin has already scripted for five movies including that of 'Daddy Cool', 'Best Actor' and the recent hit '1983'.

Meanwhile Prithviraj is currently busy with the shooting of Dileesh Nair's 'Tamaar Padaar'. His upcoming projects are Picket 43, Ennu Ninte Moideen, an unitled project with Shaji Kailas and one movie each in tamil and hindi.
