Kerala special chicken soup - Ingredients and preparation

Ingredients

1)Boneless chicken - 250gm
2)Salt - 1/4th a teaspoon of corn flower - 1 teaspoon
3)Chicken stalk - 5 cups
4)Chopped beans and cabbage - 1 cup
Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
5)Corn flour - 3 tablespoon mixed in 5 or 6 tablespoon of water
6)Egg white - of 3 eggs
7)Chopped solaris - 2 tablespoon
8)Spring onion chopped well - 1 teaspoon

How to prepare

Wash all the ingredients thoroughly and dry it up. Piece the chicken into desired size and allow it to settle for a while after mixing with salt and corn flour. When stalk is placed in the stow in a pan, add chicken pieces and cook it up to 4 minutes.

Add 4th ingredient to it and cook it then also mix wet corn flower. Now keep it in low flame when it gets boiled and add the egg white mix for proper agitation. Mix it thoroughly and keep it for a while. Now add celery to the mixture and keep it aside after proper mixing.

Spread the spring onion over it and you now have your delicious Kerala style chicken soup in front of you. This dish is very easy to prepare and needs very little time. Try it at home and make your family impressed with your dish.
