Ingredients

Delicious apple pancake 1) Ghee - 4 table spoon
2) Grape - two table spoon
3) Chopped apple - 150 gram
4) Sugar - 10 table spoon
5) Wheat flour - 100 gram
6) Refined flour - 50 gram
7) Egg - 1 no
8) Baking powder - 1 table spoon
9) Milk - 150 ml
10) Refined oil - 6 table spoon
11) Cinnamon powder - 2 table spoon

How to prepare

Check whether the ingredients are present in front of us. Take a pan and heat the ghee in it. Add grape and cashew nut to the ghee for 5 minute in medium heat. Then add the chopped apple pieces to the pan for 3 minute. Now add the powdered sugar and mix it well. After the apple gets cooked keep the pan aside. To make the flour take a bowl and add egg, milk, butter and beat it well. Then add the wheat flour and refined flour to the bowl and make the batter. Pour it on the hot non stick pan. After it gets cooked, fill it with apple filling and just foil it twice or thrice. The delicious apple filling is ready.
