1 pineapple - 1 no
2 Split black gram - 1/2 cup
3 Pepper powder - 1 table spoon
4 Tamarind - 1 no
5 Powdered sugar candy - 3/4 cup
6 Sat - as per taste
7 Thick coconut milk - 1/2 cup
8 Coconut oil - 1 table spoon
9 Mustard - 1/2 table spoon
10 Red chilly - 5 no
11 Curry leaf - 2 no

How to prepare


Peel the outer skin of pineapple and chop it in fine thickness. Now mix split black gram and pepper powder and grind it well. Take one cup of water and squeeze out the tamarind in the water. Now add the tamarind water to the chopped pineapple cook well. Then add the Powdered sugar candy and cook again.

Later add the pineapple mixture along with some salt and boil it for 5 minute medium heat. After boiling add the thick coconut milk and stir well. Then keep it aside. Now heat the coconut oil and crack the mustard in it. Later add some red chilly and curry leaf to the oil. Now add it in to the pineapple mixture and stir well. The delicious sweet pineapple pachadi is ready.
