Ingredients1) Paneer - 200 gram
2) Onion - 1 cup
3) Cashew nut - 30 gram
4) Butter - 1 table spoon
5) Vanaspathi - 1 table spoon
6) Ginger paste - 1 table spoon
7) Garlic paste - 1 table spoon
8) Chilly powder - 1 table spoon
9) Tomato paste - 1 cup
10) tomato kechap - 1 table spoon
11) Boiled green peas - 25 gram
12) Powdered cumin seed - 1 table spoon
13) Pepper powder - 1 table spoon
14) Garham masala - 1/2 table spoon
15) Chat masala - 1/2 table spoon

How to prepareFirst chop the paneer in to pieces, spatter some butter above and below it. Place each of the paneer in a preheated microwave pan, apply 6 minute in 'micro + grill' program. Now it is brown color and keep it aside. Sock some cashew nut in a water and paste it. Heat the vanaspathi in a bowl for two minute in high power, add the chopped onion, stir well and apply 5 minute in high power, then grind it. Take another bowl, add butter, ginger paste, garlic paste and apply 2 minute. To this add chilly powder, tomato paste,tomato kechap and apply 3 minute. Take the bowl out, add the cooked paneer pieces along with onion paste, powdered cumin seed, green peas, chat masala, pepper powder, salt and a little red color, mix well and cook for 3 minute in high power. Later add some sugar and coriander leaf, mix well and apply the standing time. Paneer butter masala is ready.
