2) Semolina - 85 gm
3) Fat - 30 gm
4) Salt - a pinch
5) Milk and water - as required
6) Oil - for frying

7) Mawa - 30 gm

9) Sugar - 1 teaspoon
10) Poppy seeds - 1 teaspoon
11) Sultanas - a pale green oval seedless grape (optional) - 10 gm

How to prepare

First make sure all the ingredients are available for you in front and set yourself to start the dish. Rub the fat into the flour and semolina. Add salt and water to make a fairly stiff dough. Set aside for half an hour and then break it into pieces. Apply a little fat and spread on each pieces thoroughly till it becomes smoothed.
