Ingredients for Apricot Banana cake1 Refined flour - 250 gram
2 Baking powder - 1 table spoon
3 Bicarbonate of soda - 1/2 table spoon
4 Salt - as per taste
5 Sugar powder - 250 gram
6 Chopped apricot - 125 gram
7 Chopped walnut - 50 gram
8 Egg - 1 no
9 Milk - 1/2 cup
10 Vegetable oil - 2 table spoon
11 Banana - 1
Preparation of Apricot banana cakeFirst check whether the ingredients are present in front of us. Then 180 degree preheat the oven in convection mode. Take a large bowl and mix the ingredients such as refined flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, salt and sugar. To this add the chopped apricot and walnut, mix well and make a hole at the centre. Take another bowl ,beat the egg in it and mix it with milk and vegetable oil. Remove the fibers from the banana, dash it and add to the bowl. Mix it with the first bowl and make the batter. Pour this mix in to a baking tray and bake it for 70 minute. Later allow 10 minute for cooling itself in the tray and then keep it in the wire racket for further cooling. Apricot Banana cake is now ready for use.
