Ingredients required for Chana Dal burfy1 Condensed milk made - 100 gram
2 Milk - 3 cup
3 Ghee - half cup
4 Split Bengal gram ( moisten for two hour ) - 100 gram
5 Water - 500 ml
6 Grated coconut - half cup
7 Almond - 2 table spoon
8 Cashew nut - 2 table spoon
9 Pista - 2 table spoon
10 Cardamom powder - 1 tablespoon
Method of preparationCheck whether the ingredients are present in front of us. First mix the moistened split bengal gram with 2 cup of milk and cook well. Later keep it aside for cooling. Then grind it to get in a paste manner. Now take a pan and heat the ghee in it. Add the paste to the pan and stir it till it get a light brown color. Now add the condensed milk made and blend it well. Then pour the remaining 1 cup milk and cook well till it is withdrawn from the sides of the pan.
