It was materialized by starting Mar Elias College, Kottappady in the year 2006. College is managed by the director board consisting of selected members from the managing committee of church. The mode of the admission is 50 % seats for every students are on the basis of the centralized allotments from the MG university and the remaining 50 % is on the management quota.
