Early Life
Sanjana was born as Archana Galrani into a Sindhi family. Since her family moved into Bengaluru after her birth, she was brought up in that city along with her sibling Nikki Galrani. Sanjana followed the footsteps of her illustrious sister Nikki, who is also an accomplished actress in the Southern film industry. Young Sanjana did her elementary, secondary and higher secondary education from the reputed schools in the garden city of our country. While doing her Pre University Course (PUC), she received her first modelling offer to her surprise. Since then, she has been active in the modelling field on and off. Reportedly the costliest Malayalam flick production, it has Sanjana portraying the role of a salsa dancer. The talk of the tinsel town that point in time was that the director Roshan Andrrews roped her in this movie because the actress was a trained salsa dancer. The actress' second film in the Malayalam movie industry was The King and The Commissioner wherein she acted alongside megastar Mammootty and superstar Suresh Gopi.
