The use of mobile phones is indeed wide and varied. Right from vegetable vendors to CEOs of corporates, mobile phone has become a necessity now like internet. Usage deaf and dumb can talk on mobile using sign language. Yes, that is true -as per report published, engineers at the University of Washington have developed and a revolution is in the offing for deaf and hearing impaired people with scientists testing a new mobile device which they claim will transmit American Sign Language over cellular networks.
