The bank provides all types of loans and deposits to suit individual needs. As per the Mission Statement of the Bank it aims to be " Top-class Bank and to achieve sustained growth of business and profitability, fulfilling socio- economic obligations, excellence in customer service; through up-gradation of skills of staff and their effective participation making use of state-of-the-art technology" The bank has a wide net of branches and ATMs throughout India.
Each depositor in the bank is insured up to a maximum of Rs.1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh) for both principal and interest amount held by him in the same right and same capacity as on the date of liquidation/cancellation of bank's license or the date on which the scheme of amalgamation/merger/reconstruction comes into force. Premium on deposits is paid by the Bank and NOT passed on to the depositors
