MOIL IPO Price Band Rs 340 – 375 a share

MOIL (Manganese Ore India Ltd) entering the capital market through its Initial Public Offering on November 26 has kept a price band of Rs 340 to 375 a share through Book Building route. The retail investors besides getting a 5% discount over the ultimate issue price can also apply upto Rs 2 lakh in the retail category. Government of India is diluting its by 10 percent while Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh Government is offering 5 per cent each The company hopes to raise $ 276 million through the IPO.
