4. In the time of periods, keep your body clean always. Due to the increase in body temperature, there is the chance of sweating and the body becomes dirty. So bath twice a day in the time of periods.
5. There is no any scientific fact in the belief that, don't bath in the time of periods. So don't stop the bath at the time of periods. It will pave the way for several diseases.
6. More rest is needed in the time of periods. Don't go for high effort in the time of periods as you all see in the advertisement of pads. It's bad for health.
7. In the time of pregnancy try to do the work which will not harm the body health.
8. It's not a good habit to have several tonic and medicines in the time of pregnancy.
9. Do special care in the protection of child. The skin of child is very soft which can affect diseases very easily. So care the child most.
10. Milk feeding should be done up to the age of two years. There are several proteins and vitamins in the breast milk which is good for the Childs health as well as for the prevention of diseases.
11. Clean the nipples of the breast well before feeding the child. Else it will harm the child and some diseases will pass through the nipples.
12. If woman is good, then that family will be a good one and if the woman is not good, the family will be a hell. So try to behave kindly to all and achieve a good character.
