Coriander seed,indian gooseberryand black raisin juice.

intestinesThis is a refreshing drink that quenches thirsts and acts as a"refrigerant"that cools the body internally."A carminative agent,this drink provides a soothing effect to the stomach and .It is also a very good digestive.


INGREDIENTS:

100gm coriander seeds

100gm fresh gooseberries(amla)

100gm black raisins

100gm pithpapada[Optional-this medicinal herb(Fumearia officinalis)is available

as a dry brown powder]

Sugar candy (misiry,according to taste)


METHOD:

Soak coriander seeds and black raisins in sufficient water overnight. Make a smooth paste with it and sieve.Grate the fresh gooseberries and extract the juice.Mix the juice with the paste.Add crushed sugar candy and allow it to dissolve.Prepare the drink by adding chilled water to the paste(about 3 tablespoons of the paste per glass and stirring.The paste may be stored in the fridge for two days.
