Ingredients Required for Vegetable Soup Recipe
Vegetable stock - 1 litre
Carrot - 1
Cabbage - 1 tablespoon finely chopped
Milk - 1/2 cup
Beans - 5
Potato - 1 small size diced
Celery - 1 tbsp finely chopped
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
How To Make Delicious Healthy Diet Recipe Vegetable Soup
1. Wash the vegetables and cut them up into small cubes.
2. Take a fry pan and add a litre of water and add chopped vegetables except cabbage and celery.
3. Simmer for 7 to 10 minutes. Strain the cooked vegetables from the stock and keep it aside.
4. Boil the vegetable stock and thicken it by adding cornflour mixed with milk.
5. Add vegetables and salt. At the time of serving boil the soup once again added with celery and cabbage.
6. Remove from fire immediately and serve hot sprinkled with pepper.
