Name of Post : Mazdoor (Electricity Worker)
Scale of Pay or Salary : 4990 - 7435
Number of vacancies : Not Estimated. But is expected to be arounbd 10,000 vacancies in all Districts.
Method of appointment : Direct Recruitment
Age limit : 18-35.
Only candidates born between 02.01.1976 and 01.01.1993 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Other Backward Communities and SC/ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation.

Qualification for KSEB Mazdoor

1 Candidates should have passed Standard IV and should not have passed Standard X
2 Knowledge of Cycling.
3 Physical Standard:
(a) Minimum height 5' 2" (157.48 cms)
(b) Vision : Without glasses Normal(free from colour blindness)
(c) Must be Physically fit for outdoor work.
Note: A Medical Certificate obtained from a Medical Officer not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon in the form appended below is to be produced at the time of
interview to prove physical fitness.
Note: Women and Physically Handicapped persons are not eligible to apply for the post.
