This article is regarding the general trend in the private hospitals of Kerala with a maternity unit.People should be aware of this and avoid such hospitals.Recently i had a similar bad experience with a hospital and that is the reason why i want others to know about it before they fall prey.

This is regarding the general trend in Kerala hospitals with maternity unit. In majority of the private hospitals the doctors and nurses are keen in doing a caesarian even if there is chance for normal delivery.They misguide the people and give them all negative advises regarding health which ultimately makes the patient a 'PREY' of their 'BUSINESS'.This is because for each caesarian that they do the doctors and their help will get an additional income from the hospital at the same time the hospital can take a huge amount from the patients as bill.
Recently one of my family members got a similar experience. On the due date without even inducing the pain for normal delivery she was taken for caesarian even if they requested for normal delivery.When asked about this tehy gave a very cool answer. later we came to know that for each caesarian they do,the doctor will get an additional Rs.3000 other than his monthly income.Another part goes for the sisters who help.the hospitals put a heavy bill on the patients which is a bid burden.
Hospitals have become a business hub rather than a place for health care or human care.There is no value for human life.Hope at least the media exposes this issue so that people can be aware of it.
