Dr P C Alexander Passed Away
Dr P C Alexander died today morning at 8.30 in the chennai medical hospital. He was a member of rajya sabha from 29th july 2022 to 2 April 2008. Dr Alexander was one of the most outstanding statesman and administrator.
Dr P C Alexander(93), former governor of Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra passed away today morning at 8.30. The body is now kept in the chennai medical hospital. Born in kerala,Dr Alexandar served as the governor of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu between 188 to 1990 and 1993 to 2002 respectively. He was a member of rajya sabha from 29th july 2022 to 2 April 2008.
Dr Alexander's career is closely connected with his powerful bond as he served as the principal secretary of former prime minister Indira Gandhi for 4 years. Being the most senior most civil servant, Dr Alexander was one of the most outstanding statesman and administrator.

Dr. Alexander was an efficient administrator and Statesman. He was working very close to the Prime ministers Mrs.Indira Gandhi and Mr. Rajeev Gandhi. He served not only as Governor of Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra, he was in charge of Goa also. He did work also as British High Commissioner.He was the most powerful Malayalee at the Centre in those days.
He was suffering from cancer and was under treatment at Chennai. He died this morning and his body will be brought to his native place near Alleppey.
