Soup Recipes- Non Veg and Veg

Chicken Soup recipe


Ingredients :-
1. Boiled chicken - 500gm chopped.
2. Ghee – 1 Table Spoon
3. Cone flour – 1 Table spoon
4. Milk - 1 cup
5. White Pepper Powder- ½ tea spoon
6. Salt to taste
7. Big Onion- 1 Nos chopped
8. Chicken stock – water left over from boiling the chicken

Preparation Method :
1. In a heavy bottom pan, add Ghee and Cone flour. Cook it few seconds.
2. Add onion, white pepper and salt to it. Add cold milk to it and stir it continuously.
3. Add chicken stock and chopped chicken to it. Bring to a boil and serve it as hot.

Fish Soup recipe


Ingredients :-
1. Olive oil - 1table spoon.
2. Small Onion- 8 Nos chopped
3. Garlic – 6 nos
4. Cloves – 4 nos
5. Red Dried chilies- ½ teaspoon
6. Turmeric- ½ teaspoon
7. Water- ¼ litter
8. Lemon Juice- ½ teaspoon
9. salt to taste
10. Fish fillets, cut in to small pieces

Preparation Method:-
1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Mix in onions, garlic, crushed red chilies and turmeric. Cook and stir until onions are brownish colour. Pour water in to a frying pan and mix in lemon juice and salt. Bring the mixture to boil.
2. Stir fish into boiling mixture. Cook 10 minutes or Until fish pieces are easily flaked with fork.

Prawn Noodle soup


Ingredients:-
1. Olive Oil – 1 Table spoon
2. Big Onion- 1 chopped
3. Cloves - 3.nos
4. Garlic- minced 1teaspoon
5. Ginger – minced 1 table spoon
6. Dried crushed red chilies- 1 pinch
7. Chicken stock- 2.5itter
8. Carrots- chopped 150 gm
9. Celery – 1 chopped 1 table spoon
10. Prawns – Peeled and chopped 400 gm
11. Rice Noodles – 150gm
12. Tomato sauce- 2 table spoon
13. Black pepper- 1/2 tea spoon

Preparation method
1.In a large pan over medium heat cook onion, garlic ginger, and crushed chilies in oil for 2 minutes.
2. Pour in stock, carrots and celery and allow to boiling.
3. Reduce heat and close the pan. After 5 minutes ass prawn and again cook for 3 minutes. Add tomato sauce and pepper. Then serve as hot.

Pork soup Recipe


Ingredients :-
1. Olive Oil – 1 Table spoon
2. Cabbage – chopped 200 gm
3. Pork fillet- chopped 150gm
4. Chicken stock- 2.5 litter
5. Tomato Sauce- 2 table spoon
6. Ginger- 1 table spoon
7. Salt to taste
8. Celery Chopped- 1 table spoon
9. Small Onion – 8 Nos chopped
10. Noodles- 100g

Preparation Method
1. Heat oil in a large deep pan over medium heat. Add cabbage and pork allows frying for 5 minutes.
2. Add chicken stock tomato sauce, salt and ginger and allow to boiling in low heat. For 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
3. Add onion and noodles and allow cooking for 5minutes.

Vegetable Soup Recipes


Palak green Soup


Ingredients :-
1. Palak- 1 bunch
2. Mint leaves- 1 small cup chopped
3. Coriander Leaves- 1 small cup choppd
4. dhal – 1 small cup
5. white pepper- 1 tea spoon
6. salt to taste
7. Chilly powder to taste
8. Corn flour for thickening
9. water

Preparation method
1. Cook dhal in a pressure cooker
2. Add the chopped leaves (mint, coriander, palak) with dhal
3. Add enough water and corn flour then allow to boiling.
4. After boiling add all spices mentioned above then srve it

Pineapple soup


Ingredients :-
1. Ginger- 1 table spoon minced
2. Green Chilly- 1 Nos
3. Water – 450ml
4. Crushed Pineapple – 300 gm
5. Tomato- 1 Nos sliced
6. Salt to taste
7. Coriander leaves – 2 table spoon chopped
8. Lime juice – 2 limes
9. Olive Oil – 1 table spoon

preparation method
1. Grind the ginger and green chilly in mixer grinder.
2. In a deep pan add water, pineapple, tomato and salt allow to heat in a low flame. After boiling add ginger minced, add coriander leaves and remove from heat then mix lime juice.
