First of copy the link http://210.212.24.86/onlinehallticket and paste it in the address bar of your browser. Then you can see one form as shown below. I have shown only the important part of the form. On the real form, you can see the logo of PSC on the top.
On the category code, click and select your post. On district/statewise, click and select either of the one. On Barcode, enter your barcode number. On Date of birth, put your date of birth as per the application form. Then tick on the box just before 'I have read the instruction'. Then click on proceed to download the hall ticket.More info
