LBS Kerala SET 2011 Exam Result Published

Kerala SET exam 2011 results has been published today, 2nd November 2011. As many candidates who had appeared for the exam which was conducted on 25th September 2011, the results has been published in the official website of LBS.

The Kerala State Eligibility Test or SET exam was conducted in various centres of Kerala on 25th September 2011. Now the candidates are waiting for the results to come. The Kerala SET exam is an entrance test to get selected for teacher's posts in higher secondary schools run by the State Government. Being one the most reputed job, many dedicated candidates choose to make teaching as their career. Every year around 30,000 plus candidates in various disciplines appear for the exam.

In 1998 as the pre degree was delinked from colleges, the two year course got attached to schools as higher secondary education. This gave a great opportunity for those who like to choose teaching as a career.

Two years back in 2009, around 32,000 candidates had appeared for the SET exam in which those who passed the exam with minimum score of 120 marks in total were eligible for applying for uprising posts in higher secondary. Even though there had been a down fall in those who choose teaching a career, this job still fits for those who like to shape the future of students.
