The story of the movie is as much interesting as its title. It's the story of a film producer named Jose. He is very popular in the industry and affectionately called Josettan by everyone in the film field. He has had a good run since he started film production and has produced about 30 films. But his last six films have been flops and that pushes him into financial troubles. However, he dares to continue the film producing and gets ready to do the next film. Superstars Ravi Prakash and Haritha agree to do the major roles in the film. But making trouble, Ravi Prakash changes his decision and gives up the project at the last moment telling he has no date. In a do-or-die situation, Josettan takes a courageous decision and substitutes the still photographer Sajan Maliankara to do the lead role. After getting convinced about the situation, Sajan unwillingly takes up the role. The following incidents make up the movie.
Anoop Menon is playing the role of Sajan Maliankara, whereas Krithi Kapoor appears as the star actress Haritha. Vijayaraghavan plays the role of Josettan.
