Hairomax Miss South India 2011 Grand Finale was conducted at Gokulam Park Inn, Cochin on November 5. 16 Contestants from four states participate in the event. They are Elizabeth Thadikaran, Athira Ajith, Aswini Mathew, Thinkal Bhale, Yamini Chander, Kruthika Ravi, Neha, Abhinaya, Ashna Misra, Kanupriya, Palak Desai, Varsha Reddy, Laxmi Anand, Neha Ramesh, Reema Sequeira and Ranjitha.D.P. This also includes Abhinaya who is an actress in three movies.
The anchor of Miss South India 2011 was Ranjini Haridas who became popular through Idea Star singer. The judges of the event was Parvathy Omanakuttan who became the runner up for Miss World competition, Sreekanth who is an famous actor, Richa Pannai who is a famous actress and model, Pooja Bhamrah who became the Miss queen of India, Sajimon Parayil a fashion designer and Toshma Biju.Winner of Hairomax Miss South India 2011 is Lakshmi Anand
Lakshmi Anand became the winner of Hairomax Miss south India 2011. She will get 1,00,000 rupees sponsored by Nandilath G Mart. Lakshmi Anand is basically from Karnataka. She became Miss South India 2011 by defeating other 15 contestants. The event was conducted in three rounds. Besides Lakshmi Anand Elizabeth Thadikkaran, Athira Ajith, Yamini Chandar and Thinkal Bhale qualified for final rounds.
Earlier Lakshmi Anand was able to become Miss Bangalore runner-up. She also win the Miss photogenic title in Miss Bangalore contest. She also participated in Hyderabad fashion week, Zenora Fashion week Dubai and Abudhabi. Lakshmi Anand also became the winner of South India Model Hunt.
Lakshmi Anand was an IT professional but retire from job for concentrating fully in Modeling. Besides modeling Lakshmi is also a good dancer and loves hip hop dance. She is also interested in film and she says that she will acts in film if she get a variety role.
Elizabeth Thadikkaran became the first runner up for Hairomax miss south India 2011 and Yamini Chandar became the second runner up. Elizabath Thadikaran is from Kerala and also won the Miss Kerala 2011. Yamini Chandar is from Tamilnadu.Subtitle awards of Hairomax Miss South India 2011
