Kerala PSC one time registration facility introduced

Kerala Public Service Commission introduces the new facility, One time registration for candidates to apply PSC jobs. A candidate can create a profile with complete details in the PSC online database. And each time apply for a PSC job by just clicking one button. Kerala Public Service Commission introduced the one time registration facility for applying PSC jobs through online. This system put forward for reducing the difficulty of job applicants to apply every job with typing complete details all the time. By this system you can create a unique profile with PSC online database, and can apply each job by log in and submit your application through just clicking a button. This system avoids the rush of applicants and system jack while a huge number of applicants apply at a same time. The one time registration system came into effect from 1st January 2012.

How to Register in PSC one time registration system?


Open the official website of Kerala PSC – www.keralapsc.org . Click the link 'One time Registration' on the top of the home page. A new page will be open with two options. One for log in and other one for sign up. If you want to register a new profile you should click the option 'Sign up'. Or if you are an existing member clicks on 'log in' option.

Instructions for new candidates to sign up


  • After clicking the sign up button an online form appears on the screen. Primarily the candidate should upload the photo. A scanned profile photo should upload and the size must me 150px * 200px and not above 30 KB. Then upload your scanned figure print with size of 150px * 100px. And the size should not exceed above 30 KB.
  • Next step is to fill up the personal details of the candidate in appropriate fields. You should enter the details such as name, date of birth, gender, religion, caste, sub caste, name of parents, name of guardian and relation and finally name of husband or wife.
  • Then enter the further details like identification marks, nationality, native, district, taluk, village, corporation/ municipality/ village etc in appropriate fields. Re-check the entered details and click next button to proceed.
  • New page will appear asking the details such as permanent address and contact address. Then you should enter your mobile number and email address into the particular columns. You will receive SMS services from PSC if you enter your mobile phone number.
  • A new screen will appear for typing the userid and password details. After entering you do remember the userid and password for your further log in. Do not share your log in details with others. Then you will find a declaration message, read it and check the box near to the message.
    Now your registration completes and automatically re- directs to your log in details. Please remember that a candidate should not register more than once.

    Instructions for existing candidates to Log in


    Open registration page by clicking the 'one time registration' icon in the home page of website. Enter the userid and password to log in. You can see an icon 'Registration card', click on it to see your registration card details. You can also print out the details. Another option I is also available to edit your registration related details.
