Introduction:



In the first two weeks actually the pregnancy cannot be conformed. Actually pregnancy is calculated 40 to 45 days from the first day of your last period. During the first week, the uterus may be shedding the lining also the egg may be trying to enter the Fallopian tube trying to catch a fast swimming sperm.

Thinks to keep in mind if pregnant:



It is necessary to avoid all the bad habits and leisure's for the time being like eating spicy food, noodles, cokes, soft drinks etc. It is very much necessary to stop smoking, using any drugs or medicine and also drinking alcohol and all. Also with doctors advice,a personal vitamin and folic acid-a B vitamin must be taken so that it prevents any brain and neural- tube defects. It is better to take it before conceiving and also during the early stages of pregnancy and continue using it until the baby is in the ninth month. First week is considered as the early stage of pregnancy where the baby is still like an egg in the ovary. The day you missed your period is the first day of pregnancy even though you wont conceive for the next 14 days or so.

Be happy for being a mother:



This week may be the most happiest moment in your life as you know that you are carrying a baby within yourself. You will get relief from the boring period days for a long time. Those painful days, uterine thickening, blood shedding etc. Above all you are going to be a mother and give birth to a new individual from yourself. Always be happy and throw all your tensions into air and thank god for making you a mother. Do not forget that, what all you think and do these days either good or bad will be reflected in your baby's nature in the future. So try to think good and positive things. Try to prepare a balanced diet. Do not forget to take nutritious foods, fruits juices regularly. Try to do some simple advised exercise to keep yourself fresh. Maintain your cleanliness and do not forget to consult your doctor regularly. Free your mind from all worry's and enjoy your pregnancy days.
