Kerala SSLC exam results 2012 announced; Record pass percentage (93.64)
Kerala SSLC exam results 2012 has been announced today (26th April) by Education Minister P.K. Abdu Rabb which recorded a pass percentage of 93.64. Out of 4. 7 lakhs students appeared for the exam, 6995 secured A plus grade for all subjects. The results of the SSCLC exam which concluded on 26th March 2012 got published just after a month ie; 26th April 2012.
The Kerala SSLC results 2012 have been announced today by Education Minister P.K. Abdu Rabb at Triruvanthapuram. Out of 4, 69919 students appeared for the exam, 6995 secured A plus grade for all subjects which is 1024 more than the previous year. So comparing to 91.34% qualified for higher studies last year, the 93.64 pass percentage in 2012 shows 2.29 % increase in students who had qualified for higher studies. Students who secured A+ grade in Kozhikode district will be 922 while of Kannur education district it is 452. St Mary's Higher Secondary School Pattom being an exam centre became a platform for 1,476 students to appear for the SSLC exam in 2012. It is known that not a single mark was given as moderation this year.
The 2012 results set a new record of 93.64 pass percentage while 711 schools registered 100% pass. From among the districts, Kannur scored the highest percentage (96.93) while the winning percentage of Palakkad is only 86.91. It is known that not a single mark was given as moderation in 2012. The mark lists will be made available for the students from May 15 as soon as it reached the education department offices.
Candidates who had failed to secure D Plus grade for the SSLC exam in 2012 can appear for the SAY(Save a Year) Supplementary exam scheduled from May 14 to 18. Those wishing to appear for SAY exam should submit an application form along with the fees and a printout of the grade to the school headmaster before 4 PM on May 3 2012.

Other than the online facilities, students can know their results through SMS service which is being offered through m-Governance. To get the results via SMS subscribers of all mobile service providers in Kerala can send an SMS to Kerala Short Code 537252 with the format 'SSLC Register Number'.
