Everyone will like Masala Vadai and it's my favorite one. No one will say no for this :). So now we are going to see how to prepare tasty and crispy Masala vada. Try the below one and enjoy the taste.

Ingredients of Preparing Masala Vada

Masala Vada
Yellow Channa Dal - 1 cup
Big onion - 1/2 cup (Chop into small pieces)
Green/Red Chilly - 3
Ginger - Small piece about half inch (Optional)
Garlic - 4 pieces
Fennel Seeds - 1.5 TblS
Curry leaves - 20 leaves
Salt - To Taste
Oil - as much need for fry

Steps to Prepare Masala Vada Receipe

.
1. Wash channa dal well and it for minimum 3 hrs. If you need it quickly mean soak it in hot water for half an hour.
2. Then set channa dal water to get drain.
3. Now Mix all ingredients together and Grind it coarsely.
4. Heat the oil in kadai. Keep the flame in Medium state while fry.
5. Now apply some oil in palm and make the grind ingredients to Vada shape using palm and arrange it ready for fry.
7. Now fry it on both side up to it comes to golden brown color.
Yummy Masala Vada is ready. Now serve with coconut chutney. It will take around 30 minutes only (Soak time not included) to prepare Masala vada. And you can make around 10 to 15 vada by the above amount of Ingredients.
