Ingredients need to prepare Aval Payasam


Aval Payasam Recipe

• 500 gram White/red Aval
• 650 gram Sugar (If you like sweet more you can put 750 grams of Sugar)
• 250 gram Ghee
• 100 gram Cashew (Break into 2 pieces)
• 25 gram Dry grapes
• 5 Pinches Cardamom
• 1500 ml Milk (1.5 Liter)

Steps to Prepare Tasty Pal Payasam


1. First of all, you have to Wash the Aval and make it to drain
2. Next, you may fry the Cashews using the ghee (Fry up to the cashew come to golden brown color) and keep it separately.
3. Now boil the milk.
4. While the milk was in boiling state, keep the flame in simmer state and put all the aval into the milk.
5. Now stir the content slowly.
6. Again after few minutes it starts to boil.
7. Now put the sugar and again stir it slowly.
8. Now put the fried cashews and add the Dry grapes, Cardamom into it.
9. Now the content will come to semi solid state.
10. Just make it to boil once and turn off the flame.

Now serve the Tasty Aval Payasam. It will take around 20 to 30 minutes to prepare.
