Anuraagathin Thiramaala – Movie Story Review

This short story comprises basically three lead characters involved as Nithesh, Shweta Jacob and Christo Eappen. Nithesh and Christo Eappen are played as college buddies who are very close to each other, be it sharing anything in life. Nithesh as Vivek and Christo are best friends and they seem to live together in one single house as college mates. They share each and every problem with each other and have a good trust and bond within themselves. Their lives are depicted to any other simple person's life and the narration of their dialogues exemplifies it clearly.

Days went along, they both stayed happily and had good friendship within them. One day, along the seashores, Vivek seemed quite upset with his emotions and was standing along the sea waves. When his friend saw him, he enquired the same to Vivek so as to why he was so upset for few days. His usual answer to his question was simple and a common one which was 'nothing'. Upon a good request from his friend, Vivek finally disclosed that one of his friends was present currently to meet him. He voiced out to his buddy that his friend Aparna (Shweta Jacob) was present there at his location upon his call to meet him.

Upon such an answer, Christo said that he needs to be absolutely calm in order to manage the situation and moreover there seems nothing so special to think of her. Upon such a reply, Vivek said that he was getting nervous to talk to her after a long time. In reply his buddy said that there seems to be something quite extraordinary between Vivek and Aparna and termed it as 'Romance thoughts'. The later part introduces Aparna in the movie where she meets both Vivek and Christo at the seashore and says that she has been there because Vivek called him once to visit him. After the initial conversations with Aparna, they both went back to their home.

During the hours of sleep, Christo again enquired whether his friend Vivek had an affection for me, then the reply came from Vivek that he had a crush on Aparna long time back and still loves her from the bottom of his heart. This reply left his friend unmoved as he stated that his love is just limited to his own life and no-one knows about this. And happy Vivek replied that he would sooner or later reveal his affection to Aparna once everything gets settled. Meanwhile, Vivek checked out snaps of his girlfriend Aparna which he had taken time back through his PC. While he was engrossed in his dreams, Vivek realised that it was a never ever moment for him and thought to finally roll out the secret to Aparna, as they both went off to sleep.

The next day, Vivek started his morning afresh by inviting Aparna to a Café shop where both planned to meet early in the morning through a phone call. As his friend Christo got up, he was surprised to see Vivek so happy and asked him whether there was any special reason? Vivek replied that he would be revealing his thoughts today to Aparna at CCD. Afterwards Vivek and Aparna finally meet at CCD and start their talks. Vivek as usual was quite anxious to say his words, but at the same time he was dealing with the situation in a different way by beating around the bush and talking of useless topics. Aparna became quite angry for this and said that was she called so early in the morning to hear such crap words from his friend Vivek. But the ultimatum continued, and finally when Aparna forced him to say his actual words, she was left numb. Vivek finally expressed his love and won the heart of Aparna. Aparna already had a crush on Vivek earlier when she met him, but she was eager to hear the same from Vivek's mouth. After that both were happy that she knew each other and expressed their affection in a lovely manner.

Anuraagathin Thiramaala – Overall performance by artists

The superb work from all the three lead roles was ravishing. Moreover the lead actor role as Vivek by Nithesh was simple and cordial and it showed how people can win hearts overcoming their aspects of fear and nervousness. The character also simplified the message that it sent to all the viewers that life never stops and the show must go on for everyone and revealing our heart's voice is one aspect of that. However the role of Aparna by Shweta Jacob stands in a good way in terms of how well she created a good background her herself in Vivek's mind. Moreover her role is actually to predict the natural behaviour that girls seem to often expel out during such conversations. Vivek and Aparna's role gives a good message to all the lovers across the world that no barriers can stop love from getting its achievement.

The role of Christo Eappen is simple and throws a light on how supportive humans can be while someone shares his secret love story with some. It's true in a case, but hardly anyone in the world is so innocent as he was depicted!
