The Ministry of Kerala has approved the names of the three topmost administrators of the newly formed Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies. Dr. B.Madhusoodana kurup will be the Vice-Chancellor, Dr.C.Mohanakumaran Nair, the Pro-Vice Chancellor and Dr.Theresa Radhakrishnan the Registrar.
Dr.B.Madhusoodana Kurup is presently the Director of School of Industrial Fisheries, Cochin University of Science and Technology. He is also the Fisheries Advisor to the Minister (Fisheries, Kerala Govt.).
Dr.C.Mohanakumaran Nair is working as the Dean(i/c) of the College of Fisheries (which now forms part of the new University).
Dr.Theresa Radhakrishnan is the Head of Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture, Kerala University.
