It is a god decision to make computer education in schools. The use of computer is going to be more and more in the country and people will have to interact through computer for many of the day to day requirements. Hence there must be somebody in the family knowing computer interaction to attend to routine matters.

By introducing the in schools, the teachers will have o be familiar with computer use. With the provision of broadband, the teachers can update their knowledge and freshen up themselves,in their subjects and give better knowledge to their students. This will bring all round improvement in intelligence and knowledge of the population itself.

Hence the Government's decision is a welcome step and has to be congratulated and appreciated.

Computer education is a must in school levels and it is already on. The basic features of computers are taught in primary levels. Only thing is, the attitude towards computers has to be changed. Most children only takes its bad use.

With the introduction of high speed broad band net connections, the globe itself shrunk to our palms. Every thing, (good and bad) is available at the finger tip. When introducing internet connections for schools, care must be taken to ensure its proper use.
