Strong earth quakes expected in Idukki district.
Earth scientists of Thiruvananthapuram Meteorological centre has warned about the possibility of large scale tremors in Idukki district. It may be of the order of 6.5 on the rector scale, they say.Two days back already earth quakes were reported from the district. As a result water leak in the Mullaperiyar dam was also reported.
