Places to visit in Wayanad

Kerala is very well famous for tourism packages. One of the beautiful place in Kerala is Wayanad. It is very famous because of its natural beauty without human interfence. This place is rich in mountains, fresh winds which cools up in angry mind and thick forests which gives anyone a un rememberable experience. In Wayanad, a famous wildlife sanctuary called Muthanga is located. This wildlife sanctuary has Indian elephants, bison, spotted dears are can be seen very clearly, other animals like leopards, tigers etc are also there. It will give a new experience to the viewers. Because enjoying the natural beauty and wildlife will always create a very good feeling.

Other place in Wayanad to visit is Edakkal caves, which will show us the history of that place, this caves contain paintings and art works which has an history of about 4000 years old. This will give a exact figure of the traditional arts and craft. Another place in Wayanad is Bamboo forest is a very good place for the family picnics and group tour packages.

Other places which will attract visitors in Wayanad are Kuruva Islands, Jain Temple, Meenmutty water falls and the Soochipara Water falls. Resorts are available in Wythiri which is nearer to the city which will give anyone a homely and refreshing experience.

Hi Joseph, I found that your article had been moved to forum due to low content. Please try to expand all the places you have mentioned in the post like Edakkal caves, the waterfalls, kuruva islands etc with more details and pictures and then try to re-post in the resource section.

One of the beautiful place in kerala is waynad, it gives very mesmerizing experience to the travellers.

Wayand is the one of the kerala attracting tourist spot. Lakkadi,Pookode lake,Meenmutty falls are attracting destinations of Wayanad. In order to prefering nature tourism wayand is the best place.

Waynad is a very beautiful place. The lakes & forests are very intersting. There are many indigenous tribals in this area; that is very amazing
