    International Film Festival of Kerala (IFFK) will started on December 7

    The 17th edition of International Film Festival of Kerala (IFFK) will started on December 7. A Kerala Government Institution Kerala State Chalachitra Academy promotes cinema, and conducts IFFK this year. The highlight of the film festival is the films from Asian, African and Latin American countries. The "Golden Crow Pheasant Award" with cash prize 15 lakh Indian rupees for the best feature film. The Competition section of films is from Asian, African and Latin American countries.
    The best feature film to be shared prize money equally between the director and the producer. In this film festival, 14 films will be screened in the Competition Section and seven films are selected from Malayalam cinema. The participation in IFFK is increasing yearly, more than ten-thousands of delegates represented about 50 will regularly attend in IFFK.

    Thanks for the news. International Film Festival of Kerala is a great opertunities to watch great movies. Because these types of movies not released in our theatres. But these types of movies are avoids youngsters. Because these are not entertainer.

    Glad to here for giving an encourage and your valuable response.You are mistaken some of the films from this type Film Festivals are being release in theaters,for example "Adamite Makan Abu" is such a movie which emphasize Malayalam film industry.The film festivals like this will give a prizes for the power theme and story and it will evaluate the by giving priority to current subjects. The "Golden Crow Pheasant Award" with cash prize 15 lakh Indian rupees for the best feature film, best feature film to be shared prize money equally between the director and the producer.
