Annual Budget for Kerala presented in the Assembly
Finance Minister Sri. K.M. Mani has presented the annual budget for the year 2013 - 2014. He claims it as a soft budget and people oriented. However there are different opinions about the same. Retirement age of Government employees is to be raised to 60, but applicable to those who join service on 1st April or after. This definitely has kept the youth silent, because in a sense it is beneficial for them.
