Do we need anymore rains this year

somewhere it is bad roads, water logging and pot holes while somewhere it is deaths due to collapsed walls , buildings and fallen trees and several other factors. Yet another problem is the wide spread of several kinds of fevers like dengue, chickenguinea and so on which have suceeded in claiming some casualties too.
Kerala has not received such rains from the past few years, this time the rains have caught us unprepared and the normal life in Kerala has indeed been affected. so are you happy with the rains what do you say.

    yeah,its true.
This year Kerala face heavy rain during monsoon season.Lots of problems were happen in our small state.Central government authorities came here for checking natural disaster.Rubber planters face many problems during monsoon. Many daily workers in rubber plantation lost their job in monsoon season.
Most of the kuttanad region covers with water.so Kerala didn't need anymore rain.

It is important to note that rain will always fall every year. However, the government and the citizenry needs to always plan for it before it comes. The issue of the bad road and potholes on the road will get worse based on the rains.

What are you saying ? It has now become a burden for all people and are praying for their lives. Many places of Idukki and Ernakulam are greatly affected due to natural calamities. Huge loses are made in constructional as well as agricultural sectors. Many people have even lost their life. Lets hope for the best.

It is true that many people are facing the problems of heavy rain like destruction of living place, deaths of near and dear, loss of crops, etc. Naturally no body expected this much of rain this year.
There is another side to this. The calamities attributed to rain are mainly man-made. Destruction of forest is the main cause of land slide and sudden water level rising in rivers. Equally the removal of soil from hilly areas and quarrying help soil erosion, which destroy the houses located in the valleys of hills.
Water conservation in the dams is a must for electricity production. Now the dams are becoming shallow and only a small amount of rain water is stored there. Reduction in the depth of dam is also due to soil erosion caused by human interference.
