The types of food groups Part 1

Dear friend, the food we eat can be grouped accoeding to what we get from them. These are
1. Body building foods: These kinds of foods contain proteins. They make us grow well. Such foods include meat, fish, beans e.t.c. They perform the following functions:
a. they supply energy when carbohydrates and fats are not enough in our body.
b. they are used by the body to replace what the body has used.
