How to Get a new Gas connetion without ration card?

It is impossible to get a new gas connection without a Ration card.It is because Ration card submitted by us is used to verify our address ie;Proof of address.Gas connections for different customers is different ,for household it is 14.5 kg and for domesctic purposes it is 25 kg cylinder i think.
If you have a good neighbor then You can speak with them to make some adjustments and With their Ration card we can get a new connection.This is only way i think.

Ration card is a must to get the gas connection. And once the gas connection is alloted it is stamped on the card that gas connection is issued and you cannot claim another connection. This rule is in vague in all the states. So better go for ration card not necessarily for buying any provisions but for these purposes.
