AITUC is for Nokku Coolie.
We are always fighting for our rights. And, since we are so literate, we know our rights well. But, how many know their duties also? And, how many of them do their duties properly?We need to bring the things by Lorries and the union members have the right to unload the things. And, if we bring the things by Tipper, they can't unload it and hence they loss their job. So they are entitled to get the compensation for loss of job. And that is known as Nokku Coolie, as per Kanem Rajendran.
He is right in that sense. We should fight for the rights and get the compensation.
But, I have some doubts:
Will you pay this Nokku Coolie to the postal agency while you send the message through email, as they are losing their job of delivering the letters?
Will we pay this Nokku Cooile to the Coconut tree climbers, as we are paying scholarships, loans and awards for the best climbing machine inventor, as the climbers will lose their jobs?
Will we pay this to the marriage brokers as we approach marriage bureaus and online resources, and bypass brokers?
We have to appoint a coomission to study these things and to fix the rates of Nokku coolie as the rate for Tippers unloading.
