Turn table
Just yesterday we witnessed an event which took off after 4 long years. Smart city approval to be precise. Just one hour and lo everything is sorted. Timely induction of Mr. Yusuf Ali & his inclusion of the Dubai Govt. made this reality happen. We could have done this 4 years back. Wisdom prevailed at the fag end.We can see this as a true business model explained & interpreted correctly and above all put on a platter well explained so that the DUBAI Govt could understand.Even now the Kerala govt. has not back tracked on the adamant issues. The land is now on a lease of 99 years without selling rights. sELLING RIGHTS SHOULD NEVER BE PARTED WITH.
At least our political bosses should see how the CM of Gujarat gave the registration of 1000 acres of land on a single day as promised to Ratan TATA.It should be borne in mind that we have to create entities that generate money.Generation of money will lead to self sufficiency. Once self sufficient Keralites wont have to go to far off places to earn their livelyhood.
POILTICIANS HAVE TO HAVE A PROPER WILLPOWER TO DELIVER. Lets hope this will be a stepping stone. VIZHINJAM/VALLARPADAM is coming. With the grace of God we can turn KERALA into another global destination. But these monkey politicians ought to do their work properly.
