Ingredients of Grilled Fish with Green Chilli Masala


• Sardine: 1/2 kg.
• Green chillies: 7 to 8.(decrease or increase depending on your tolerance level)
• Ginger: 1/2 inch piece.
• Garlic: 5 to 6 cloves.
• Pepper: 1 tsp.
• Curry leaves: 2 sprigs.
• Cornflour: 1 tsp.
• Turmeric: 1/2 tsp.
• Juice of half lime.
• Coconut oil to drizzle.

Preparation Methods of Grilled Fish with Green Chilli Masala


Step 1:
Take half kilo of cleaned sardine; create trivial gashes on the fish.

Step 2:
Now that the masala will stay within the fish and makes the fish juicy and tender.

Step 3:
Green chilli, ginger, garlic, and curry leaves are to be grind thickly.

Step 4:
Mixture should be rubbed into the fish, adding salt, turmeric and pepper powder and juice of half lime.

Step 5:
Take 1 tsp of corn flour and pour into the marinated fish, mix and refrigerate it for half an hour at the least.

Step 6:
Now you should heat a grill pan or a non stick pan or even a small tawa, sprinkle coconut oil on the fish and put the marinated fish gently on the pan.

Step 7:
Until cooking you must keep the burn in simmer.

Step 8:
You want some extra flavor you can add some curry leaves.

Step 9:
If the fish is grilled on one side, then turn to the other side.

Step 10:
Enjoy as an appetizer or a side dish for rice or roti.
