IntroductionButter chicken is one of the favorite chicken dishes for its great taste and huge content. Butter is the main ingredient of this recipe. Butter helps to increase its taste and is a perfect dish to have along with chapaties or fried rice.
Ingredients1) Chicken – 400 gm
2) Butter – 2 to 3 table spoon
3) Sliced onion – 1
4) Powdered cinnamon – 1/4 teaspoon
5) Garlic crushed – 2 teaspoon
6) Ginger crushed – 2 teaspoon
7) Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
8) Chili powder – 1 or 2 teaspoon
9) Coriander powder – 1 table spoon
10) Tomato sliced – 1
11) Tomato souse – 1 table spoon
12) Milk – 1/2 cup
How to prepareFirst make the chicken clean and fresh by washing it thoroughly. Now cut them into small pieces. Heat the butter in a pan and add onion and cinnamon to fry it properly. When it is almost ready, add ginger and garlic and start mixing it well. To make masala, complete it by adding turmeric powder, chili powder and coriander powder. Now add the chicken pieces into the prepared masala and mix it properly. Finally, add tomato pieces and little tomato souse to it so as to add up its taste. Cook it till the masala and butter absorbs the chicken. Cover it for some time to make it perfectly cooked and serve it in a nice and attractive bowl.
