Ingredients 1 cup biriyani rice, 2 table spoon oil, 2 cup and 2 table spoon soup of chicken parts, salt to taste, Chicken medium sized, 1 large onion finely chopped, 1/2 table spoon pepper powder, bay leaves -cardamom - clove - cinnamon - salt - water - each to taste, 2 table spoon oil, 1 large onion cut into square pieces, 2 capsicum cut into square pieces, wheat flour, 1 cup milk, 1/2 table spoon soyasaus, salt to taste, 3 round pieces of pineapple each cut into 3, 1/2 cup cream, pepper powder to taste.
How to prepare Soak biriyani rice for half an hour. Fry the onion with some oil in low flame until it gets a light reddish colour and add biriyani rice to continue frying. After adding two cups of stock and salt, start cooking in high flame and finally in sim flame till it is perfectly cooked. Mix onion, pepper powder, bay leaves, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, salt, along with water with chicken and cook it properly. Now make equal pieces of the chicken. Fry the chicken with two table spoon of oil and keep it aside. Spread wheat flour over the mix of fried onion, capsicum and chicken. Above mix should be fried using the same oil. When the flour is perfectly fried, add milk, soyasaus, salt, two table spoon of chicken soup and pieces of onion and mix them well before keeping it aside. Also add cream and pepper powder to it before serving. Now you can serve the rice after pouring chicken curry onto it. Your Hawaiian rice is in front of you.
