IntroductionVegetable stew is a delicious, tasty and healthy dish that we prepared many times in our home. It's a simple dish which can be prepared very quickly in a micro oven. Moreover there is a special taste when it is prepared in a micro oven. This dish include different vegetables like carrot, potato, beans etc. So it always helps in build up the body health. We can had this dish with many items.
Vegetables stew - ingredients 1) Carrot - 1/2 cup
2) Cauliflower - 1/2 cup
3) Potato - 1/2 cup
4) Beans - 1/2 cup
5) Coconut milk - 2 cup
6) Pepper - 8 no.
7) Chopped ginger - 1 table spoon
8) Chopped green chilly - 2 no
9) Chopped onion - 1/2 cup
10) Curry leaf - A little
11) Corn flour - 1 table spoon
12) Coconut oil - 1 table spoon
13) Condiment - little
14) Salt - as per taste
How to prepare vegetable stewFirst check whether the ingredients necessary for the preparation of vegetables stew are present. Then wash the vegetables very well. Now take the microwave safe bowl and put the chopped vegetables such as potato, beans, cauliflower and carrot to the bowl. Later add 1/4 cup of water to the bowl. Then close the bowl and Keep the bowl on the oven. Then apply 5 minute in high power for cooking the vegetable. After cooking take bowl from the oven. Now take another bowl and add ingredients such as coconut oil, pepper, chopped ginger and green chilly and mix them properly.
Again take the bowl to the oven and apply one and a half minute in high power. Later add chopped onion chopped onion and curry leaf to this. Stir this once and cook two and a half minute in high power. After this, take the bowl from the oven and add early cooked vegetables, coconut milk, salt, condiment and some corn flower dissolved in water. Take the bowl to the oven and apply 2 minute in high power. Then take the bowl from the oven and once again stir. Now the delicious vegetable stew is ready and can be serve.
