Kadai chicken - ingredients and preparation
1 chicken - 400 gram
2 Chopped onion - 1 cup
3 Cashew nut - 2 table spoon
4 Vanaspathi - 50 gram
5 Garlic paste - 2 table spoon
6 Ginger paste - 1 table spoon
7 Coriander powder - 1 table spoon
8 Chilly powder - 2 table spoon
9 Cuscus - 1 table spoon
10 Chopped onion - 2 no
11 Chopped green chilly - 2 no
12 Capsicum cubes - 1 no
13 Chicken condiment - 1 table spoon
14 Chopped coriander leaf - little
15 Salt - as per taste
How to prepare
Check whether the ingredients are present in front of us. Chop the chicken in to moderate pieces, wash it, and keep it aside. Take some chopped onion in a bowl, place it on the oven and apply 4 minute in high power by closing the bowl. Mix the cooked onion with cashew nut, cuscus and grind it in a grinder to become paste. Pour some vanaspathi in a bowl and heat it for two minute in high power. Then add the paste of ginger and garlic, mix well. Take it on the oven, apply two minute in high power. Later add coriander powder, chilly powder and again apply 2 minute in high power. To this add the chopped onion, tomato, green chilly, Coriander leaf and cook for 4 minute in high power. Take the vessel out, add the paste of onion, chicken condiment and some cashew nut. Then pour some water to it. Those who want more gravy pour some more water. Then apply 7 minute in high power. After that add the capsicum cubes and apply the standing time. Now the kadai chicken is all most ready. As a final touch spread some chopped coriander leaf above it.
