Cutlet is always favorite to us. Here given the preparation of vegetable Cutlet in a microwave oven. Vegetable Cutlet is a delicious vegetarian dish ,can be prepared easily in the house itself. It can be prepared as a snacks and it's very special to have this dish with the evening tea. This is a healthy nutritional dish include different vegetables such as carrot, beans, potato, onion etc. The ingredients and preparation of the vegetable Cutlet is given below.
1 Potato - 200 gram
2 Green piece - 50 gram
3 Minced carrot - 1/2 cup
4 Minced beans - 1/2 cup
5 Chopped 0nion - 1/2 cup
6 Chopped chilly - 1 table spoon
7 chopped ginger - 1 table spoon
8 Chopped garlic - 1 table spoon
9 Curry leaf - 2 stalk
10 Turmeric powder - 1/2 table spoon
11 Condiment - 1/2 table spoon
12 Pepper powder - 1 table spoon
13 Oil - 2 table spoon
14 Egg - 2 no
15 Rice - cake powder - 50 gram
16 Salt - as per taste
Method of preparation
Check whether the ingredients are present in front of us. Then wash the potato and cook for four minute in high power. Later keep it aside for cooling and mash it after removing its rind .Take a bowl and add green pies, beans, carrot and cook it for 5 minute in high power. Take another bowl and pour some oil to the bowl. Heat the oil for 2 minute in high power and add the ingredients such as chopped onion, chilly, ginger, garlic and curry leaf. Mix these ingredients with the oil and again cook for 3 minute in high power.
Take the bowl from the oven and add the mashed potato, turmeric powder, condiment, pepper powder, salt and mix it well. Then form the mix in the shape of Cutlet and keep aside. Take a bowl and beat the egg in it. Now dip each of the Cutlet pieces in the bowl and again dip in the rice - cake powder. Take a microwave pan and heat it well. Now place each of the cutlet in the pan and apply 5 minute in ' micro + grill ' program. Now turn it over and again apply 5 minute in ' micro + grill ' program. The delicious vegetable cutlet is ready.
