Chapati is a healthy food which is also known as roti . It's main ingredient is wheat flour. Ingredients for chapati1 Wheat flour - 1 cup
2 Salt - as per taste
3 Oil - 1 table spoon
4 Hot water - As per need
Preparation of chapatiKnead the chapati flour by mixing oil, salt, hot water with the wheat flour. Then make balls of small size. Now rub it back and forth till it become flat round with fine thickness. Heat the microwave pan for two minute in high power. Now place each of the chapati in the pan and apply 1 minute in ' micro + grill program '. Later turn it over and again apply 1/2 minute in ' micro + grill program '.
Ingredients for chicken curry
1 Chopped chicken - 500 gram
2 Oil - 1 table spoon
3 Onion - 150 gram
4 Chopped chilly - 3 table spoon
5 Ginger - 1 no
6 Garlic - 2 table spoon
7 Curry leaf - a little
8 Tomato - 100 gram
9 Chicken condiment - 3 table spoon
10 Salt - As per taste
11 Coriander leaf - little
Method of preparationFirst wash the chopped chicken very well. Now take a bowl and add oil, onion, chilly, ginger, garlic etc. and cook it for 10 minute in high power. Then add the chicken condiment, chopped tomato and some water to this. Now stir it cook it for 3 minute in high power. Take the vessel out and add the chopped chicken pieces along with some salt and mix well. Now take the vessel in to the oven and apply 10 minute in high power. Later spread the chopped coriander leaf above it. Delicious chicken curry is ready.
