Potato is a tuberous crop contain starch, protein and other nutritional items which helps in providing health and immunity power to the body. Snacks are always favorite to us. Here describes the preparation potato wafer and finger chips. These are very low budget snacks . It's a very crispy dish and can be made using very few ingredients. This is a time pass dish can be had in our free time or we are engaged in any work. Children love this dish and it's very much special for them to have this dish with their evening tea.

Ingredients for potato wafer

1) Potato - 100 gram
2) Chilly powder - half table spoon
3) Turmeric powder - half table spoon
4) Salt - half table spoon

How to prepare

Check whether the ingredients are present in front of us. First peel the potato and cut in a wafer shape using a wafer cutter. Later add chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt to the wafer and mix well. Put the wafers on a baker and place on the microwave oven. Apply 6 minute in high power. Potato wafer is ready for use.

Ingredients for finger chips

1) Potato - 250 gram
2) Turmeric leaf - 1/2 table spoon
3) Pepper powder - 1/4 table spoon
4) Chilly powder - 1/2 table spoon
5) Salt - as per taste

Preparation

Peel the potato and cut it along its length of fine thickness. Mix chilly powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder and marinate it on the potato. Heat the microwave pan for two minute and place the marinated finger in the pan. Now apply 6 minute in 'micro + grill' program. Just stir and again apply 2 minute in the same. Finger chips is now ready.

Potato snacks are very tasty delicious dish which is simple in preparation and requires a few ingredients. This is a healthy nutritional food containing different vitamins and nutrients which provide health and immunity power to the body.
